Getting Started

Yes. YMG IQ is a fully registered business in Ghana, operating legally under Ghanaian law. We are not a licensed financial institution, but we run a transparent savings and growth platform. You can view our business registration certificate on our About page.

Getting started is straightforward. Create a free account, deposit funds into your personal wallet using your preferred payment method, and then choose a savings plan that fits your financial goals. From there, your money begins growing based on the plan you selected.

Some features require basic identity verification (KYC) to ensure account security and prevent fraud. Verification is required for withdrawals. It adds an extra layer of protection to your account and can be completed from your Settings page.

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and designed to work smoothly across all devices — mobile, tablet, and desktop. You can manage your account from anywhere at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are processed instantly through Paystack. Once payment is confirmed, your balance updates immediately. There is no deposit fee — your full amount is always credited to your wallet.

Withdrawals depend on the type of plan you selected. Flexible plans allow you to withdraw at any time, while fixed deposit plans require you to wait until the end of the agreed duration. A processing fee of 3% (minimum GHS 3) applies. Your account must maintain a minimum balance of GHS 50 at all times.

Go to the Withdraw page from your dashboard sidebar. Enter your details, select Mobile Money or Bank Transfer, enter the amount, upload your Ghana Card or government-issued ID, and confirm your password. Withdrawals are processed within 2–3 working days.

Growth & Returns

Funds grow at a fixed or structured rate depending on the plan you selected. Growth is calculated based on your deposit amount and plan duration, and is tracked clearly in your dashboard so you always know where your money stands.

Returns are not guaranteed and may vary depending on platform performance. YMG IQ is a registered business, not a licensed financial institution. We encourage all users to read and understand the terms of their selected plan before participating.

Growth begins after your deposit has been confirmed and your chosen plan is active. Funds need to remain in your account for a minimum period before growth begins to accrue, depending on the plan selected.
