YMG IQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that have been used in violation of these terms.
Users may deposit funds into their YMG IQ wallet using the available payment methods. By depositing funds, you agree to the following:
- All deposits are made at the user's own discretion and decision.
- The platform manages and allocates funds based on the savings plan selected by the user.
- All deposited funds are tracked and recorded in the user's account and are visible from the dashboard at all times.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from legitimate and authorized payment sources.
- YMG IQ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.

YMG IQ provides structured savings and growth plans designed to offer steady, consistent returns. However, users must understand and accept the following:
- Growth rates are estimates and are not guaranteed to remain fixed or consistent at all times.
- The platform does not promise specific profit amounts or guaranteed outcomes.
- Users should only commit funds they can afford to set aside without financial hardship.
- All plan details, including expected growth rates, are clearly outlined before a user selects a plan.
- YMG IQ is not a bank, licensed investment firm, or regulated financial institution.
We encourage all users to read and fully understand the terms of their chosen plan before committing any funds.
Users may request withdrawals from their YMG IQ wallet subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal eligibility depends on the type of savings plan selected by the user.
- Flexible plans allow withdrawals at any time, while fixed deposit plans require users to wait until the end of the agreed duration before funds can be accessed.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period of 2–3 working days.
- A processing fee of 3% (minimum GHS 3) applies to each withdrawal.
- A minimum balance of GHS 50 must remain in the account at all times.
- YMG IQ reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
- All withdrawal requests are logged and visible in the user's transaction history.
By using YMG IQ, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or any part of the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
- Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's operations.
- Using automated tools or scripts to access or interact with the platform without authorization.
- Abusing the platform's support or reporting systems for personal gain or to harm other users.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to the relevant Ghanaian authorities where applicable.
YMG IQ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account under the following circumstances:
- A user has violated one or more of these Terms of Service.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
- A user has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- A user has engaged in conduct that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.
In cases of suspension, users will be notified where possible and given an opportunity to address the issue unless the nature of the violation requires immediate action.
YMG IQ is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from market conditions, user decisions, plan performance, or factors beyond the platform's reasonable control. Users participate at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Ghanaian law, YMG IQ shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform.
- Losses caused by a user's failure to comply with these terms or to take appropriate precautions to protect their account.
- Delays or interruptions caused by third-party services, payment processors, or technical issues outside our control.
- Fluctuations in returns or growth rates caused by external market conditions or platform performance.
Users accept that the use of YMG IQ is at their own risk and that the platform is provided on an "as available" basis.
YMG IQ reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
