Visit the YMG IQ website and click Sign Up at the top right. Fill in your full name, email address, phone number, and create a secure password of at least 8 characters. Optionally enter a referral code if a friend invited you. Agree to the terms and click Create Account. You will be redirected to the login page once your account is created successfully.
Go to the Login page and enter your registered email address and password. Click Login to Account. You can also sign in with Google by clicking the Google button. Once logged in, you will be taken directly to your personal dashboard. If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? to receive a reset link by email.
After logging in, go to Settings from the sidebar. Under Profile Information, you can update your full name, phone number, and country. We strongly recommend verifying your email and phone number for full account access. A verified account unlocks withdrawals and improves your account security. Save your changes by clicking Save Profile.
From your dashboard, click Deposit in the sidebar or use the quick action button on your balance card. Enter the amount you want to deposit — the minimum is GHS 50. There is no deposit fee — the full amount is credited to your wallet. Click Pay Now and you will be redirected to the secure Paystack payment page where you can pay by card, Mobile Money, or bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, your balance updates instantly.
YMG IQ accepts the following payment methods through Paystack:
• Mobile Money — MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money
• Debit / Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer — Direct bank payments
All payments are processed securely. You will receive a confirmation once payment is successful.
If your balance has not updated after a successful payment, wait up to 5 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If it still does not reflect, check your email for a payment confirmation from Paystack. Copy your payment reference number and contact our support team at support@ymgiq.com or via WhatsApp at +233557617974. Do not make a second payment until the first one is resolved.
YMG IQ offers two tiers of savings plans — Standard and Premium. Each tier requires a one-time activation fee to unlock. Standard plans cost GHS 500 to activate, and Premium plans cost GHS 1,000. Once activated, you can participate in any plan within that tier. Your amount earns growth based on the plan's rate and duration. Returns are credited automatically to your wallet balance.
Starter Savings — Best for beginners. Minimum GHS 50, flexible access, 0.5% weekly growth. No lock-in period.
Fixed Deposit — Medium-term. Minimum GHS 500, up to 9.5% return over 90 days. Locked until maturity.
Growth Plus — Minimum GHS 1,000, up to 12.5% return over 182 days.
Premium Plans — 15%–35% projected returns over 182 days to 3 years. Requires premium activation.
Consider how long you can leave your money before choosing a plan. Returns are not guaranteed.
Growth is calculated based on your deposited amount, the plan's rate, and the type of plan. Weekly plans like Starter Savings credit returns every 7 days. Fixed plans accumulate daily and pay out at the end of the cycle. You can see your earnings on each active plan from the Investments page. Your total profits also appear on your dashboard balance cards.
Go to the Withdraw page from your dashboard sidebar. Enter your personal details, select your withdrawal method (Mobile Money or Bank Transfer), and enter the amount. Upload your Ghana Card or government-issued ID. Click Submit. You will be asked to confirm your account password for security. A processing fee of 3% (minimum GHS 3) applies per withdrawal. Your account must maintain a minimum balance of GHS 50 at all times.
All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our admin team within 2–3 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days. Once processed, funds are sent directly to the account details you provided. You will receive a notification when your withdrawal is processed. Please ensure your account details are correct before submitting — withdrawals sent to wrong accounts cannot be reversed.
If your withdrawal has not been processed after 3 working days, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number. Common issues include:
• Unverified email or phone — Verify both in Settings before withdrawing.
• Insufficient balance — Your balance must be above GHS 50 after the withdrawal.
• Incorrect account details — Double check your MoMo number or bank account.
• ID not uploaded — A valid government ID is required for every withdrawal.
On the login page, click Forgot Password? below the login button. Enter your registered email address and click Send. A password reset link will be sent to your email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. You can also request a reset from inside your dashboard under Settings → Change Password.
To keep your YMG IQ account secure:
• Never share your password with anyone, including support staff.
• Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Verify your email and phone to enable full security features.
• Log out after using the dashboard on shared devices.
• Do not click suspicious links claiming to be from YMG IQ.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
YMG IQ requires identity verification to process withdrawals and protect all users from fraud. You will need to upload a valid government-issued ID such as your Ghana Card, Voter's ID, or Passport. Your ID is submitted securely with each withdrawal request and reviewed by our admin team. Email and phone number verification is also required and can be completed from Settings → Profile Information.
Your dashboard shows four balance cards at the top — Total Balance, Invested Amount, Total Profit, and Referral Earnings. Each card has an eye icon you can click to hide or reveal the amount for privacy. Your total balance is updated in real time whenever a deposit, withdrawal, profit credit, or referral reward occurs.
The Transactions page shows a complete record of every deposit, withdrawal, plan participation, profit credit, and referral reward on your account. Each transaction shows the type, description, amount, date, and status. A status of Completed means the transaction is fully processed. Pending means it is still being reviewed by our team.
The Account Growth chart on your dashboard shows how your balance has changed over time. You can filter the chart by 7 days, 30 days, 8 months, or 1 year. The chart is built from your real transaction history so it reflects your actual account activity. Your active plans and individual earnings are also visible on the Investments page.
